I Approval of Minutes from the 19 JAN 2011EX-COMM: John Enyart moved to approve, Ralph Veppert seconded, motion approved.
II Treasurer Report: Current balance is $7,488.60. Bob Redfield moved to approve, Chip Hassey seconded, motion approved.

- GMM 20 MAR 2012
+President Hollar indicated that he has been in contact with all the units and they will provide cadet speakers for the dinner that recognizes the ROTC and OTC graduates. The chapter will also recognize the Westland High School Junior ROTC members who have been providing posting of the colors at our GMMS.+Members will be encouraged to sponsor one or more cadet's dinners in the mailing. (The EXCOMM stuffed, labeled and stamped the mailing for the GMM after the meeting. President Hollar will try to include a request for sponsorship in the envelope prior to mailing).- Fund Raiser Update
+Still plan on holding a golf outing in association with the DLA showon 11 JUN 2012. - INFO Table @ Warrant Officer Muster 10-11 MAR 2012 @ Port Columbus Embassy Suites:
+Set-up at 0600 hours, registration starts at 0700 hours. President Hollar requests volunteers to man table on MAR 10, will not cover MAR 11. Several members volunteered, others not present at the EX-COMM should contact President Hollar if they can help. We have 200 Green Books to hand out, along with other materials about AUSA. Emphasis of discussions with WOs: AUSA is most prominent and effective voice fighting to preserve benefits as Congress considers bills to reduce several including TRICARE, retirement.VI.
